Recently, the sixth engineering training contest for college students in Jiangsu Province was held in Nanjing. Two teams of third-year engineering students from Changzhou University (CZU) took part in the contest, winning one grand prize and one second prize.

The engineering training contest for college students is held to strengthen their practical ability, creative awareness and to gain their spirit of teamwork. The contest is held every two years at three levels. This year’s provincial-level contest attracted 349 teams of more than 1700 of college teachers and students from 39 universities in Jiangsu Province.

Students participating in the contest said that engineering training contest is highly demanding in theoretical knowledge and practical use, which is also a test of preparation, immediate performance and teamwork.
